Welcome to the 32nd Annual M&T Jazz Fest


When: July 11th and 12th Where: OCC Campus, Syracuse, NY FREE ADMISSION Admission is FREE to all 2014 Events, Concerts & Shows. The festival is free and open to the public; all events are non-ticketed. EVENT PARKING There will be an event parking fee for all vehicles. This is not an admission charge. It 's an event parking fee and it is $5 per motor vehicle. No exceptions. OPEN SEATING POLICY: Syracuse Jazz Fest has an open-seating policy. Festival seating exists on a first come-first seated basis. Some seating will be provided, but please bring your own lawn chair(s). Thank you. COOLERS & BACK PACKS: not this year please; and please do not bring any alcohol to the site. ALCOHOL & GLASS: please do not bring any alcoholic beverages or glass to the site, or on to the grounds. FIREWORKS: please do not bring any fireworks to the event. A free Price Chopper-sponsored fireworks display will be provided to festivalgoers on Saturday night, immediately following the performance by our 2014 headliner. PERFORMANCE START TIMES: As an outdoor music festival, we're weather-dependent, and we're also not a concert. We're a festival with several groups performing, and sometimes weather and encores have us running behind. We try to stay as close to the published schedule as much as possible, but because of changing weather conditions and artistic spontaneity, everything schedule-wise is subject to change.

Warrensburg Bike Rally 2014


Friday, May 30, 2014  -  Sunday, June 8, 2014 12 Years and Growing Strong, the Warrensburg Bike Rally is a nine day event that's famous for it's huge daily crowds and having something for everyone in the family! This is a Free Admission event with plenty of vendors and activities. The Warrensburg rally has outgrown it's previous location and has moved to a larger venue in the Warren County Fairgrounds. This affords everyone the opportunity to grow with us - and more room for vendors, attendees and activities. The fairgrounds are located on Schroon River road in Warrensburg, approximately 1 -1/2 miles east of Route 9. Whether you're coming off Exit 23 or traveling north on Route 9 from Lake George, it's the first right at the light at Horicon Ave, just past Warren Ford. Horicon Ave truns into Schroon River Road (CR 10). The Fairgrounds are 1 1/2 miles on the right. What can be more irresistible than the sight and sound of roaring motorcycles riding through the spectacular scenery of the Adirondacks including Lake George, Blue Mountain Lake, Tupper Lake and Lake Placid on Routes 3, 9, 22, 28, 4 and more. You'll also find the Vermont Mountains right out Route 100. There is something for everyone with great deals & prices on all motorcycle products and services from top vendors from across the nation. RALLY IS FREE !! Warren County Fairgrounds, located at 353 Schroon River Road (CR10) , with easy access from Rte. 9 or Exit 23 off of I-87. From Rt. 9 coming into Warrensburg at the first lite, just past Warren Ford, go right on Horicon Ave. which is also Schroon River Road continue 1-1/2 miles. Fairgrounds are on your right, Free Parking on your left. Or when exiting Exit 23 just follow the signs, you can go right or left.

Throttle Junkies Motorcycle Poker Run to Benefit Addisen Greene – Canton, NY


Saturday, May 31, 2014    from 9:00 AM  to 5:00 PM Registration starts at 9 a.m. at The Club on Court Street in Canton. Throttle up at 11 a.m. Dinner to follow at the end of the ride at approximately 5 p.m. at The Club, 25 Court St., Canton. Menu includes BBQ chicken, pulled pork, two salads, corn on the cob, salt potatoes, baked beans, and a roll. The cost is only $15 for a bike and rider and an additional $10 if there is a passenger. Don't have a motorcycle? Not to worry. Follow us in your car or just join us for dinner at the end of the run. The dinner without the run is only $12! Proceeds will benefit Addie Greene, a little 5-year old girl from Potsdam who is being treated for Synovial Sarcoma at Boston's Children's Hospital. Hope to see you there.
